Do you come to film the property?
No. Your reel is created with AI from your existing listing photos, then edited and checked by hand. There is no shoot, visit or crew — which is why it is fast and affordable.
Will the video show things that aren't really there?
We aim to keep every room faithful to your photos. Shots that alter furniture, views or architecture are discarded, and you approve the final reel before it's used. If anything looks wrong, we fix it.
What do you need from me?
A listing link or 10–30 good photos, plus your description. The voiceover script is written only from facts in your listing.
Where can I use the reel?
Anywhere you promote your property: Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, your website, WhatsApp, or your agency's listings. You receive an MP4 file to keep.
Which languages are available for voiceover?
Almost any language your guests speak — English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic and more. Basic includes any 1 language of your choice, Standard any 2 and Premium any 3 — each language as its own reel with matching voiceover and subtitles.
Can I see a sample of my own property first?
Yes. We make a short, free teaser from your listing, with a watermark. You only pay if you decide to order the full reel.
How do I pay?
By card through a secure Stripe payment link. Agencies and property managers receive portfolio discounts from 5 properties.
What if I'm not happy?
Standard includes one revision and Premium two. If something in your reel doesn't look true to your property, tell us and we'll correct it.
